We collect your name, email, pet details, memories and optional photo to prepare and deliver your requested tribute. We use AI service providers to assist with lyrics, music and vocals. Each tribute is customised for your special pet and personally reviewed for accuracy and the right emotional tone.

Your submissions and files are stored with our website hosting and storage providers. Private preview links are unlisted; anyone you share the link with can access that preview. Full-song downloads are enabled after payment has been confirmed.

We don’t publish your story or photo as marketing material without separate permission. Payment is handled by the payment provider linked from your preview page; this website does not collect card details.

To request correction or deletion, reply to your tribute email or contact jonathan@ngusfamily.com. We keep your information for fulfilment and customer support until deletion is requested or our retention policy requires removal, subject to records we must retain.

Your customer account

Sign in with ChatGPT to use My Tributes. We receive your account identifier, email and, when available, display name. We link new requests to your account identifier so only your account can see them in your library. Your contact email comes from your signed-in account. Private preview links also provide access to a tribute, so keep them private.
